New Years Resolutions

These are always so hard, but I have tried to keep it concrete this year so I have a real way of making sure I do them.

  1. read more diverse books
  2. do yoga at least twice per week
  3. meditate at least every work day
  4. make a workout schedule every month, or follow one
  5. maintain my gratitude journal
  6. learn new skills (improve my German, learn some more French, begin Chinese)
  7. take up coloring again and color one piece per week
  8. give away more stuff (clothes, books, trash, go through my old papers, food)
  9. buy less
  10. listen more and talk less

These are my ten new years resolutions, but what do they do?

  • place emphasis on my mental and physical self-care
  • address my anxiety and worry problems
  • invest in my well being and balance
  • live a simpler less cluttered life
  • free up my brain from anxiety and clutter
  • become a better friend
