These are always so hard, but I have tried to keep it concrete this year so I have a real way of making sure I do them.
- read more diverse books
- do yoga at least twice per week
- meditate at least every work day
- make a workout schedule every month, or follow one
- maintain my gratitude journal
- learn new skills (improve my German, learn some more French, begin Chinese)
- take up coloring again and color one piece per week
- give away more stuff (clothes, books, trash, go through my old papers, food)
- buy less
- listen more and talk less
These are my ten new years resolutions, but what do they do?
- place emphasis on my mental and physical self-care
- address my anxiety and worry problems
- invest in my well being and balance
- live a simpler less cluttered life
- free up my brain from anxiety and clutter
- become a better friend
